Body Awareness Class

THURSDAY FEBRUARY 9th at 7pm

Thanks to Jennifer Milchanoski, Pilates Instructor at Body Kinetics, the Thinner Winners have the opportunity to attend a FREE 30 minute Body Awareness Class using Pilates Mat techniques and Breath work! Bring a little Jacket or sweatshirt for this different kind of workout...you might get cool.
